wow mom awsome job on the blog. after readin through all this words do mean alot more than ppl think they do. knowing where to use the right ones and knowing when to say the right thing can realy make a persons day a hole lot better.

Good afternoon Marsha,
Just wanted to let you know that you indeed have readers “out there in cyberspace.” Our words are indeed more than their denotation and even their connotation. Everything surrounding the delivery of words affects both speaker and listener -attitude, knowledge, baggage and so on.
Today I was co-presenter of a leadership workshop on team building and effective listening. From the feedback I received I can conclude that my words served us all well.
